What is Blockies?
Blockies is a multiplayer digital reality experience that allows users to bring their 2D NFTs to life in a world similar to Earth. The platform is still in its early stages of development but is planned to be deployed in the first trial phase by February 1st, 2022 at latest.
How does it work?
A collection of 1111 computer-generated “Blockies” will be airdropped to ticket holders in the coming months. Each ticket holder will have access to the early phases of the digital reality experience and may be listed or held. Holding your Blockie will result in a yield (amount TBD) of $BLOCK tokens (launch date TBD) being deposited to your wallet weekly which can be used to purchase in-game cosmetics for your Blockie, or held as the token appreciates in value. Blockies will serve as playable characters in the metaverse where you will be rewarded for playing, but without a ticket to the Blockieverse, you won’t be able to use your Blockies in-game.
